Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchased item or encounter an issue with it, you may request a return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Check if Your Item is in Transit

If your item hasn't arrived yet, you can track your order in your purchase history. You can monitor your shipment, view the estimated delivery date, shipping address, and the latest tracking updates.

Assisting Buyers with Unreceived Items

If your buyer hasn't received their item and the estimated delivery date has passed, they will notify you of the issue by submitting a “Item Not Received” request.

If a buyer submits a request, we will send all details to your registered email address and resolve the issue within 3 business days.
